Happi Plumbing was outstanding and truly deserves 10 stars! I hired them to do under-slab plumbing work for a large new residential construction after having gotten the run around from another company for over 2 months. Sergey and his assistant completed the complicated project within a few days and passed inspection! They were professional, courteous, and performed nothing short of excellent work.
