How to keep the restaurant kitchen floor clean

One of our customers is a popular Mexican restaurant. There is always water on the kitchen floor. Our solution is to install 3 floor drains in the kitchen.

Step 1 Apply for the permit for the new drain lines.

Step2 Run camera to check the current sewer system.

Step3 Plan the route of the new drain lines.

Step4 Excavate with concrete saw and jack hammer.

Step5 Install drain pipes and keep appropriate slope, then install floor drains.

Step6 Back fill and line with vapor cover.

Step7 Test water pressure and leaking , prepare for inspection.

Step8 Pass the city’s inspection

Step9 Backfill with concrete.

After the tile installation, the restaurant reopened. Customer is satisfied with the quick and excellent job.
